How To Use

To make 1 medium cake

Preheat oven to 175 degrees and grease a cake tin.

Beat 3 eggs, 1.5 cups milk (360ml), and 40ml of butter in a bowl for 30 seconds. (Alternatively, for a finer texture, blend in a blender). You can substitute butter for any other oil/fat of your choice, or milk if lower fat is desired.

Add 300g Carrot Cake Premix and mix until smooth.

Add 2-3 medium carrots, grated (180g), and mix.

Add additional nuts, dried fruit, or lemon zest if desired.

Pour into the greased cake tin, bake for 50-55 minutes ( knife should come out clean).

Allow to cool on a cooling rack and frost however desired.
