Banana, Oat & Nut Breakfast Bars

  • 180 g Chocolate Protein Oats
  • 1 ripe banana (mashed)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup raisins
  • ½ cup pecan nuts (or any nuts of choice)
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and grease a baking tray.

  2. To a bowl add 180g Chocolate Protein Oats, 1 mashed banana, 1 egg, 1 cup raisins, 1/2 pecan nuts, 1/2 tsp baking powder and a pinch of salt and mix to combine.

  3. Spread mixture evenly onto baking tray and bake for 15 minutes.

  4. Let them cool and serve with any drizzle of choice!
