Okonomiyaki Inspired Pancakes

  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 diced carrot
  • 80 ml water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1-2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • ½ cup Protein Pancake Premix
  1. Add all ingredients besides pancake mix to a bowl and mix. Then add the pancake mix.

  2. Batter should be thick – similar to our usual pancake consistency.

  3. Grease and heat a non stick pan to medium high heat.

  4. Once hot, spoon in batter and flatten with the spoon/spatula

  5. Lower heat to a medium-low and flip when golden.

  6. Repeat with remaining batter.

  7. Top with Sriacha, sesame seeds, chives or spring onion and may if you wish.
