How To Use

Preheat oven to 175 degrees and grease a cake tin.

Beat 3 eggs, 1.5 cups milk ( 360ml ), and 40ml melted butter in a bowl for 30 seconds. ( Alternatively, for a finer texture, blend in a blender). You can substitute butter for any other oil/fat of your choice, or milk if lower fat is desired.

Add 300g Birthday Cake Premix and mix until smooth.

Pour into the greased cake tin, bake for 45 minutes ( knife should come out clean).

Allow to cool on a cooling rack and frost however desired.

We like to combine some yoghurt and nut butter to make a delicious frosting!
