Big Banana Pancakes

Pancake batter

  • 60 grams Pancake Premix
  • 1 egg
  • ½ mashed banana
  • ¼ cup reduced fat cream cheese ((or yoghurt))

Yoghurt drizzle

  • 1 tbsp yoghurt ((or reduced fat cream cheese))
  • 1 tbsp xylitol
  1. Mix together all pancake batter ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Pour batter into a medium heat greased pan (enough to create a thin layer over the base of the pan).

  3. Flip when bubbles appear.

  4. Top with yoghurt drizzle, more banana and any extra crunchy bits or nut butter.
