Beetroot baked porridge

  • 4 tbsp Vanilla Protein Porridge
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 30 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp beetroot powder
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Microwave for 2 mins 30seconds.

  3. Flip out onto a plate.

  4. Top with nuts, coconut cream, nut butter or yoghurt (or all of them together…YUM!).
