On 15 November 2025, something powerful happened at the Mount Nelson. A room full of ambitious, kind, extraordinary women came together to witness the beginning of a new chapter. Our sisterhood showed up in full force to celebrate the official launch of Nuah - a moment years in the making, shaped by grit, science, healing, and heart.

This wasn’t just an event.
It was a declaration that women deserve nutrition that rises to their standards.


A brunch that tasted like celebration

The Mount Nelson’s head chef prepared our iconic high protein pancakes - fluffy, nourishing, and indulgent without compromise. It was the perfect way to honour a milestone built on taste and precision.

And then, for the first time ever, we revealed our newest creation:
the Nuah matcha and choc chip mug muffin
Made with ceremonial grade Japanese matcha, sweetened with monk fruit, and elevated with grass-fed whey, it represents everything Nuah stands for - clean, intentional, delicious fuel.

Every woman in the room tasted where we’re heading. And the feedback was electric.

Why we rebranded - a note from co founder Sheree Munro

“For years I felt trapped in a cycle with food. I struggled with an eating disorder that made every decision feel heavy, every meal feel loaded. When I found my way out, I promised myself I would help build something that made women feel free again.

The rebrand was more than a design update. It was the moment Nuah aligned with our truth - indulgent, scientific, empowering, and deeply supportive. I wanted a name that held the vision of who we are becoming and a brand that celebrates women the way they deserve.

I love this sisterhood with my whole heart. Nuah exists because I know what it’s like to feel alone, and I also know the power of being surrounded by women who lift you. This rebrand is for every woman who wants more from her life, her energy, and her relationship with food.”
