Beetroot & Nana Pancakes

  • 50 g Protein Pancake Premix
  • 1 heaped tbsp cooked beetroot (from jar)
  • 1 tbsp beetroot juce
  • 50 g banana
  • 50 ml milk of choice
  • 1 egg
  1. To a blender add 1 heaped tsp cooked beetroot, 1 tbsp beetroot juice, 50ml milk and 1 egg and blend.

  2. In a bowl add 50g Protein Pancake Premix and pour into blended mixture.

  3. Stir to combine.

  4. Spoon pancake batter into a greased pan in desired shape (if

    you want to make a bunny).

  5. Cook over medium heat, flipping when golden.

  6. Enjoy with sliced banana and honey!
