Brownie Butter Bounty Pancakes

  • 50 grams pancake premix
  • 1 egg
  • 60 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 1 tbsp brownie butter drizzle
  1. Combine pancake premix, eggs and milk and mix.

  2. Add in coconut and mix.

  3. Fold brownie butter drizzle through, not mixed in completely.

  4. Spoon pancake mixture onto greased pan.

  5. Flip when golden, serve with more brownie butter drizzle and enjoy!
