Brûléed Banana Proat Pancakes

  • 60 g Vanilla Protein Oats (can sub 30g regular oats (blended) & 30g protein powder)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 40 ml milk
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 banana
  1. Blend your oats if using regular and add them to your protein powder.

  2. Combine your eggs, milk and lemon juice.

  3. Add to your Vanilla Protein Oats mixture or your ‘homemade version’.

  4. Add your salt & baking powder.

  5. Combine until smooth.

  6. Cook over a medium heat and flip when golden.

  7. Top with pan fried banana, plenty honey & enjoy!
