Cheese & Zucchini Pancakes

A savoury switch-up to your morning pancake stack.

  • 50 grams Pancake Premix
  • 1 egg ((can sub 2 egg whites) )
  • 50 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp chickpeas
  • 150 grams grated zucchini
  • 30 grams grated cheese
  1. Blend egg, milk and chickpeas.

  2. Add pancake premix.

  3. Stir zucchini into mixture.

  4. Cook for 4-5 mins a side on low-medium heat.

  5. Serve with cheese, plain yoghurt and macadamia nut butter.
