Ginger, Beet & Carrot Nana Loaf

  • Blender
  • loaf/bread tin
  • oven
  • 1 packet Nana Loaf Premix
  • 2 bananas (ripe)
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • 100 grams shredded beetroot
  • 100 grams grated carrots
  • 1 tbsp fresh grated ginger
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  1. Blend eggs, milk & bananas.

  2. Add premix to wet ingredients and stir.

  3. Stir in ginger, beetroot and carrot.

  4. Pour mixture into greased loaf tin.

  5. Bake for 35 mins at 180 degrees.

  6. Serve with icing of choice/ nut butter.
