Nutty Banana Bread Baked Porridge

  • 60 grams Vanilla Protein Porridge
  • 1 egg
  • ½ large banana
  • 40 ml milk
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • 1 handful seeds
  1. Using a fork or a blender, combine all the ingredients except the porridge and the nuts.

  2. Mix the wet mixture into your porridge and stir in the nuts.

  3. Microwave for 2 mins- 2 mins 30 seconds.

  4. Serve with Cream cheese & Honey.

  5. Tip: Heat up your cream cheese in the microwave for a few seconds and then add the honey so that it is sweet and delicious.
